Authorities Observe Unstable Conduct in Elijah Blue Allman, Cher’s Son

Authorities responded to Elijah Blue Allman’s residence in Landers, California on Saturday afternoon following a report of a man behaving erratically, sources tell TMZ. Upon arrival, deputies found paramedics already attending to Elijah, reportedly due to a possible overdose. During their response, law enforcement discovered drugs inside the home.

Elijah was transported to a hospital following the incident, and authorities have confirmed that the investigation remains open.

Earlier that same day, he reportedly suffered an overdose and was taken to a medical facility in Joshua Tree. Sources indicate that the situation was serious and that his survival is considered fortunate.

According to a source familiar with the matter, Elijah is still hospitalized, though details about his current condition have not been disclosed. The property where the incident occurred is said to be a rental home he has been staying in.

Elijah has previously spoken candidly about his history with substance use, sharing in a 2014 interview that he began using drugs at the age of 11 and had experienced multiple near-overdoses. More recently, his appearance outside the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood raised renewed concerns about his well-being.

In 2023, his mother, Cher, sought a conservatorship, citing concerns related to his mental health and struggles with addiction. The case was ultimately settled privately between the parties involved.
